The yuletide trees are up! And this can only mean one thing. It’s nearly the end of term!

Opening times

Although we hope you rest over the festive period, the library will continue to open for some of the Christmas vacation.

All our libraries will be closed from Saturday 21 December to Wednesday 1 January. They will reopen on Thursday 2 January.

Where to study when the library is shut

If you do need somewhere to study and you’re based in Treforest then the Postgraduate Centre in Tŷ Crawshay will be open 24/7 throughout the vacation.

Accessing online resources

You don’t need to be on-campus to access our library resources, with your student login and password you can access FINDit your online library anytime, anywhere.

Requesting books - deadline is 13th December

The last day to place requests for books from other campuses and Inter Library loans will be Friday 13 December, so make sure your requests are in early.

Spreading the festive cheer in the library

Why not wish your friends and fellow students a Merry Christmas and a restful break. Pick up a bauble and add your message to the tree.
